WINTER/ICY EYES..

Tutorial: Winter Blue smokey eye!
Hope you like it!

STEP 1:

Prep your lids with a primer.
Then apply a blue shade stick and blend it with your fingers.

STEP 2:

Apply the two blue shades marked on 1/4th of the lid.
Just pat the color for more intensity.

STEP 3:

Now, apply these two blues on the outer corner forming a 'V'.
The flash did not show the colors properly.

STEP 4:

Take the blue and black, apply in on the outer corner
and draw a line on the crease and start blending everything
until it looks like this.

STEP 5:

Apply a white silver color on the inner corner area.

STEP 6:

Apply Kohl on the lower lash line and waterline.
I have applied white liner on the lower lashline first but this is optional.
Apply a turquoise glittery liner on the upper lash line as well as lower lash line
and wing it. Apply a white shimmery shadow on the brow bone as a highliter.

STEP 7:

Apply mascarra and you're done.
